Deleting apps

I am not getting the option to delete apps from my phone. I tried going to the library and it’s still only gives me the option to share the app but not to delete the app. Can you help?

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps [Allow]
