Logic Pro 10.6.1 Crashing on Startup

Logic 10.6.1 on Big Sur 11.2.1 - iMac 2018 is crashing on startup. It goes through the loading process and as soon as a project pops up LPX crashes. I have removed all caches, preferences, plugins, components, etc... from the appropriate folders. I have deleted and reinstalled Logic, rebooted countless times and tried launching from a fresh test user. My keyboard, drum pad and audio interface are all disconnected. I disconnected all usb devices and still no joy.

I talked to Kyle from Apple support about this and he provided me with a blank project to launch. Still no luck. I am completely stumped. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.
