how do i turn off call forwarding

Do you have a GSM phone (AT&T or T-Mobile) or CDMA (Verizon, Sprint)?

If GSM, you can do it in settings:

Settings—>Phone–>Call Forwarding

If CDMA, you need to know the proper carrier code. You can google it.
