Vertical red line going down on my iPhone X screen

There is a vertical red line going down my iPhone X screen and I can't seem to get rid of it. I've noticed that some Macbook users have gone through the same issue but I haven't seen a iPhone user go through this. I haven't dropped my phone. There hasn't been any moisture related issues. It literally just showed up. I don't really know what do to.
