I cannot load turbotax 2020 because I have High Sierra 10.13.6 and need at least Mojave 10.14.1 -- is there a way to upgrade to that level or beyond. App store does not show any upgrades

Be sure to only to go to Mojave. DO NOT go to Bit Sur. It has major problems.
