Can I restore deleted text messages?

Maybe from your last iphone to computer backup if you take them weekly.
Pretty much impossible otherwise.

Check your iCloud account to see if those texts were synched to the cloud. Also check any back-ups you have made. If in neither place, they are probably gone for good.
