Right earbud of Powerbeats Pro is not playing audio My Powerbeats pro is only playing audio out of the left ear bud, but it says both are connected. The right ear bud, despite not making noise, has all functions in the buttons. A hard reset of the headphones did not work. Suggestions?

Powerbeats Pro right ear bud is sounding too low in volume I am issues with my Powerbeats pro where right ear is sounding very low. I have tried resetting them and checked the iPhone but still with no joy. Can anyone please help me on this? As this is really irritating.
