Password appeared in data leak

Using the Big Sur 11.1. Reenabled Keychain on my computer, then kept seeing this message come up for the various websites after I started saving the passwords in Keychain. The first time, I immediately changed the password for the website. When this started showing up for the other websites (different websites with different passwords), then I said to myself - hold on. It seems that there is a high probability that Keychain is the problem, not that all of my passwords have been compromised. Apple needs to address this.
