How can I download not supported ios apps on ios 12 is there any possible way?

If the developer of the app in question does not support iOS 12.x.x then you will not be able to download and install that app. There is no other way to download that app from another source as well.

No since the newer apps are 64bit and the phone can only support 32bit.
