Why when previewing a song in Itunes store will some play completely and most others will just stop and disappear in different time spots of the preview. I am using a Windows 10 computer and it and Itunes are up to date. My Iphone works fine previewing songs

In the iTunes Store, most of the previews are 90 seconds. Some are 60 or 30. At the end of the preview it stops.
The preview is fixed. Unlike some download stores, there is not a way to preview different parts of the song.

I realized previews are limited with time. I'm clicking on preview and for a 90 second preview I might be getting 20 seconds or 45 seconds of preview before it stops and disappears. With some songs it will play the whole 90 seconds. More often than not it doesn't play the whole 90 seconds. There dose not appear to be any pattern to this issue.

There is no setting that would affect that, so hopefully you are just seeing a temporary glitch. If the problem persists, contact Apple Support:
