My region is set to Ireland and yet it still isn't accepting my postal code when trying to add a card for payment for apps/films etc.. Can someone help?
Use the Get Support link in the upper right, and discuss this directly with the folks that work for Apple.

Unfortunately no such option seems to be available. Maybe I'm just not seeing it but there's no Support link anywhere on the page. Thanks, though!
