Trying to find a answer to Stop civ6 crashing

I have tried the support team that managed civilisation 6 for over a year now n can’t get a answer.

I know this is a Apple site but I was hoping someone could help me fix the problem or at lest who to get in contact to get it fixed or a refund.

the problem is I had purchased the full game app civilisations 6 on my iPad Air 2 over 1 1/2 yrs ago n the game worked fine, then had done a update and since then the game works for a short time n then starts freezing.

any ideas or help will much appreciated
