Why i can’t update iOS in my iwatch gen 3? I’ve been tried 3 times and always failed, sick of it.

the battery full and connected to its charger for both of iphone & iwatch

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 6

Try this;

If the update won't start, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap General > Usage > Software Update, then delete the update file. After you delete the file, try to download and install watchOS again.
