Missing/Grayed Award Badges

When I got my new watch I did a restore from backup. All my activity has never come back on my watch. All my new achievements and awards can be seen on the app but nothing is showing on my watch. All badges are gray and all past history doesn’t show. I did read that all past achievement badges would not show on new watch but all new achievement badges aren’t even showing on watch. Anyone experience this and find any answers how to fix this? I’ve already done the unpair/repair, airplane mode on/off. Power off both phone and watch and power both back on at same time. Both are current on updates. I’m at a loss as to why my watch will not capture all my new awards and display them. It’s beyond frustrating.
