Hello) I’m having a problem with my payment. Could you please help me?.. I used to be UAE resident, and now I’m in Ukraine. I’m trying to connect my new MasterCard with Apple Music, but for some reason my card is declined. And I cannot change my address in my settings.

Are you using a Ukrainian credit card billed to you at an address in that country?

If you still have a problem contact Apple:


Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select an option and keep on working your way down the menu until you get to one saying your "topic isn't listed". This will present you with support by chat or telephone call.
