poor grainy iPhone 11 unusable video

I have very poor quality grainy video with iPhone 11. My iPhone 8+ video recordings were clear... but since upgrading to iPhone 11, my videos are now unusable.

Even on 4K 60fps I get poor grainy video that can't be used. It seems the quality is much worse than before. This is a very big disappointment as I have owned an apple iphone since iPhone 4.

Is there a hardware / software fix for this.... or is it a faulty handset?

Videos are great but photos are dull and much darker. No vibrant colors The images on iphone 12 pro max are much less vibrant and overall image is very dark in compare to stunning videos. Due to this I realized that I am not taking any pictures since I purchase 12 pro max and take only videos. I tried turning on and off HDR settings but nothing helps. The results from video and photo are not comparable. I saw another topic posted by different user and the same topic was supported by 104 people and there is no solution from Apple. Is this a defect? Should we request a replacement?

Videos buffering after latest update I updated iPhone to 15.4.1 the other day. Now every video no matter source is buffering. My friends are having same issue. My phone is iPhone 12 Pro Max battery life has also been affected any fix yet?
