Why didn’t I receive the badge for 60 exercise minutes when I completed 62 minutes?????

My watch is up to date and only a year old. With that being said apple probably has sent out a transmission for it to start breaking jusy like my last watch. I competed 62 exercise minutes and didn’t receive the award for completing 60 minutes. So upset I will probably get rid of my watch if it’s not even going to function right.
