I have purchased additional space but my phone is still full and i cannot use for anything.
I am facing issues with the storage. I have purchased additional space but its of no use as i am out of storage all the time.

You cannot purchase additional space. What you have purchased is additional iCloud capacity. To make more space on the device you will need to delete some stuff.
