Application may be impersonating Google Chrome

I was looking at my screen time on my iPhone and noticed that Google Chrome was on there. I do not have Chrome downloaded onto my iphone. It has a warning symbol and says "This application is not trusted and may be impersonating Google Chrome". I do have Google Chrome on my Macbook which is connected to my phone. Why is this message popping up? And why do I have 43 minutes of screen time on this application that is not on my phone starting at 6am. I was asleep then.

Edit: I think i figured it out because when I go to devices, it says "All" which includes my Macbook, but why does it have the warning symbole?
