ipad mini 5gen fast charging?

Can I fast charge ipad mini (5gen) 30W or 61W USB-C Power Adapter by Apple? If yes, I understand the power intake might only be effective for a regulated amount, but what does this exactly mean (e.g. would it be if my ipad mini takes 30 mins to charge 10% battery with a normal ipad charger, these two adapters will also charge the device taking the same amount of time?)
