Whitelisting using Content & Privacy Restrictions (Macbook Air Catalina)

I would like to add specific websites my children can visit in Screen Time. This works fine, but unlike IOS, there are constant popups for websites trying to be accessed in the background. For instance, when Microsoft 365 is accessed, it is an all day battle to approve enough URLs to try and use the program. I can never determine enough root URLs to get the popups to stop.

I use this feature in IOS and never have problems. Is there any recommendations for making the whitelisting feature in Screen Time more useable in Catalina or Big Sur?
