Smart Folders and filters in mail not working

Thank you for trying that step for us and letting us know the result. In your first post, you mentioned your MacBook Air is running macOS Big Sir 11.2. Have you had a chance to update to macOS Big Sur 11.2.1? If you need to update, the articles below might be helpful:

If you notice emails are missing from the mailboxes or aren't in order, you can try rebuilding your mailboxes. You can read more about that here and how to do that step: Rebuild mailboxes in Mail on Mac Please note that if your email account or accounts use POP, you'll want to ensure your emails are backed up or are showing on another device before following this step.

It appears that you're having issues with smart mailboxes and filters with Mail. To confirm, you aren't noticing emails appearing in smart mailboxes and filters like those should? What happens if you quit the Mail app in Mail in the menu bar > Quit and then restarting your MacBook Air? Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac Restarting can seem like a simple issue, but it can sometimes resolve issues.
