Mail "On My Mac" & Smart Mailboxes have issues with MacOS 10.15.6 Upgrade.

After I set up Smart Mailboxes following an upgrade to MacOS 10.15.6 and quit Mail, the Smart Mailboxes disappear when Mail restarts. I also cannot re-import saved mbox files to mail "On My Mac" folders because Mail locks up. Anyone else having these issues?

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.15

Tried restarting in Safe Mode and got the same failures. Then I reloaded MacOS and all of my Smart Mailboxes and those "On My Mac" magically reappeared. Go figure!!!!!
