Refund for in app purchases

On Jan 30th my handicapped daughter bought approximately $250 worth of in app purchases. We caught it immediately and called Apple. The person we spoke with said he can refund that but I haven’t seen it reflected in my account yet. I set up my daughters phone so she could not do that again but I still haven’t been refunded. Can you tell me why?

No one here can tell you the reason why as we are not Apple employees. Apple representatives, may or may not, respond to posts here.
