i have an imac 21.5 inch imac late 2013 running Catalina 10.15.7 i want to buy a smaller printer . i like the tango x by hp . Have an HP envy 4500 now but its too big . the apple specs for this printer doed not mention my imac . do es anyone have it do you think it will work
According to this Apple document the HP Tango X is AirPrint compatible and can work with your Mac without any drivers: About AirPrint - Apple Support
If you buy the printer DO NOT install ANY HP software. Simply follow the directions in Adding a printer
Follow HP's advice, if they say they don't support the version of Mac OS that is installed then continue to research the printer or call HP and speak to someone that would know.
Hp thinks it will work . Apple canada does not list my imac as compatible with this printer.
