Apple is going to send/sell you another new Apple Pencil for the cost of a “battery replacement”.
Apple Pencils CANNOT be repaired, AT ALL!

I just spoke with Apple Support and they say Yes for $29.
No.
An Apple Pencil is a completely sealed up/wrapped up/glued up electronic device.
There is NO way to fix anything in an Apple Pencil without destroying it!
If the battery in your Pencil has died and is less than year old, it is still under warranty.
Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location and try/attempt to make an appointment to get your Apple Pencil replaced with another new Pencil.
OR, failing that,
Contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities OR by installing and using the Apple Support app found in the iOS App Store.

IF your Pencil is more than a year old, then you will have to purchase a brand new Apppe Pencil, yourself, with your own money.
