Anybody else lose Malwarebytes Call Detection after version 14.4. Under the phone app it no longer shows CALL BLOCKING AND IDENTIFICATION. I have an iPhone 11.

Malwarebytes Call Protection can no longer be activated on my iPhone 11 after version iOS 14.4 install. Instructions from Malwarebytes instructs me to go to settings, phone, turn on CALL BLOCKING AND DETECTION. However, under phone settings CALL BLOCKING AND DETECTION IS NO LONGER AN OPTION.

I also rebooted my phone after deleting Malwarebytes and reinstalling. Same problem with same solution that does not work.
