i cant get the app to download it gives me a warning about my phone not being compatible i get that but what i dont get that i cant get a older version for my iphone since i broke my old and needed a new phone i had my old iphone 4 but i cant get any apps on it help

The vast majority af 3rd party apps require more recent iOS versions than the one supported by your iPhone model (because of hardware incompatibility).
No way to have Spotify on your old iPhone, sorry.
