I need to erase my iPhone from my account
Need to erase my old iPhone that is gone from my account so I can it all the stuff back on my computer that was on it before and accidentally got erased

If your device is no longer listed as a trusted device under your AppleID, then you cannot do anything to it remotely. You need that device in your hands to sign your AppleID back in to associate it again with your AppleID.
