I reset my iphone due to low storage and now it is asking for original id used to set up the device which i dont remember as it was 5yrs before . I only remember my present id logged in the device and now i'm stuck in activation lock stage . Please help
Use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or if you're the iPhone's original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.

You'll need to have proof of purchase to get the lock bypassed. It's an anti-theft measure.

Thank you sir , but I dont even have purchase receipt as it has already been 5 yrs but i do know IMEI no. and serial no.
