Hey I got an iphone 6, I forgot its password as i wasn't using it from a long time but now i just restored it using the itunes but unfortunately it is asking for my previous apple id which i don't remember now, is there any way to help it out

You can find your Apple ID or reset the password (first section of the article). If that doesn't work, you can recycle the device responsibly.
Well as you know that its an old phone so I also don’t have the receipts of it
