Reclaim Some Unnecessary Space:

First: Download them from iCloud

I. On a Computer

1. Go Here: https://www.icloud.com/notes
2. Drag the Data: to your Desktop or an external hard drive

II. On the iPhone:

Try the following, deleting items that are unneeded. Note: This cannot be undone. So, by deleting them, they will be gone. So, for large files that are no longer needed (i.e. from parties or vacations), delete them. So, the best solution would be to download them from iCloud using your computer, and then transfer them to a flash drive, accessing them when need be.

On the iPhone:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Name
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Manage Storage
5. Tap: iCloud Drive
6. View: DOCUMENTS & DATA pane
7. Select: Items to Delete
