Does anyone else have issues with the Pages “Outline” format?

I was trained to use the classic outline form:

I.

A.

1.

2.

a.

b.

B.

1.

a.

(1)

(a)

And so on...

But Pages only offers number-formatted, or a letter-formatted outline choices, or, in its outline template, only capital letters.

Does anyone have a way to create a classic outline format in Pages, or in some other program that can be imported into Pages?
