Outlines in Pages

I can’t see to find a way to make an outline in Pages 8.2. All I can find on line refers to older versions where “make outline” appears in the View menu or on the Toolbar.

All versions of Pages released since Oct 2013 (v5.0 thru v8.2.1) omit the handy outlining feature that was found in Pages '09 v4.3. If you want outlining that behaves like it does in MS Word, and do not want to invent new profanity terms, then try the free, 64-bit LibreOffice which is an MS Office (and Word) clone.
