Unless you are running macOS 10.14.5, Pages '09 simply will not work, and was DOA for 10.14.0 thru 10.14.4. As a 32-bit application suite, it definitely will not work on the forthcoming 64-bit macOS 10.15 (Catalina).
Nope. Apple does not keep past full installers for iWork '09, or v5 - current - 1. Your link is to the last update (12/2012) for the iWork '09 applications on Lion or later. Although these are the full binaries for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote '09, the installer excludes the dependent frameworks that are installed in System locations by the retail iWork '09 DVD.
Pay for the retail iWork '09 DVD from Amazon/Ebay reseller's, and after you install from the DVD, then apply the iWork 9.3 update from your preceding link. It is far too easy for someone to integrate malware into torrent, and download aggregation site installers, and most of these are the much to be avoided trial iWork '09 bits.
Waiting to see if the forthcoming macOS 10.14.6 disables Pages '09 again.
