I am having the same issue with bluetooth not staying connected on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I use the same two devices I used on my previous iPhone 8Plus that had no issues. Devices are from JBL - Live500BT headphones and Flip 3 portable speaker. You're mis-direction to the article neither adequately acknowledges there is a problem with the bluetooth system in the iPhone 12s nor provides a solution.
