My old iPad mini (iOS 9.3.6) is with a friend in Thailand.( I am in Sweden)
When she is trying to log in with my password on my mac account, i get a question, on a trusted device, if I accept. When I answer yes I get a 6 digit code. I send this code and she enters the code on the iPad.
The iPad rejects the code, do not accept it. We tried 3 times, but the same result.
What to do?

With that version of iOS, she may need to enter your Apple ID password immediately followed by the two-factor code. For example, if your Apple ID password is “password” and the verification code is “123456” she would enter “password123456”. You can read more about this here:
