Hello. After changing sim-card in my phone, my phone number can’t be connected to imessage and face time. I’ve tried all steps decried in apple support article, and it didn’t help. Is there other any available option? Thank you

Have you changed/added the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
