iPhone 11 (iOS 14.4) auto-lock time shorter than set...

On my iPhone 11 (iOS 14.4) I have my auto-lock set to 5 minutes. But it shuts off way before this. Why?

First try forced restart

Press and quickly release the top Volume button, press and quickly release the below Volume button, then press and hold the right Side button until the Apple logo appears.

Low battery?

Low power mode set (yellow battery icon)?
