Is it harmful to charge a MacBook Pro 16" with 65W from a monitor?

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro 16" (2019) and I plan to buy a Dell monitor (P2721Q). The monitor can charge the computer via USB-C up to 65W. Is it harmful to charge the computer with 65W or is the only downside that it only takes a long time to charge it?
