Charging my 2021 MacBook Pro with my Dell U3419W Monitor

Is charging my 2021 MacBook Pro with my Dell U3419W monitor via a USB-C cable unhealthy for my MacBook’s battery in any way?

I think the maximum power output of the Dell monitor is 90W (i could be wrong) while the MacBook Pro’s charger is 140W. So in other words, I guess my question is also, is it dangerous to use a lower wattage charger for my Macbook Pro?

You mention that it will try to meet a demand it can't supply ku4hx.

In order to supply such high wattages, the monitor will be using USB-C PD, and it will negotiate with the computer, and come to the conclusion that 90W is the correct max wattage, as the Mac can take up to 140w, but the monitor can only do 90w, so it will be perfectly fine, it will just charge slower.

It is perfectly fine, don't worry about it OP.
