Phone sleeps

We understand that your iPhone is going to sleep when you're on a video call, and we want to help.

Just to confirm, which application are you using when this happens? When the iPhone goes to sleep, does the video call disconnect?

You mentioned that the issue happens when using WhatsApp; do you experience the same behavior when using other apps for video calls? For example, does the issue also happen when using FaceTime? Use FaceTime with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Require Passcode, and change the amount of time before the device locks there, does that seem to affect the issue at all? Use a passcode with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
