Retrieving an older iCloud backup

I am trying to retrieve an iCloud backup from the first of this year. Whenever I go into my apple account to restore my iPad from a previous backup, it only has the two most recent backups available. Is it possible to locate an older backup??

No, just the two most recent backups are available.
