Key double typing on 2018 MacBook Pro w/ Touch Bar

I have seen this issue for thousands of users - I assumed I got something stuck under my "O" key but after using the air can and realizing that other users are having this same issue without resolve, I am unsure of what to do. I am in law school and this has been happening for about a year and it is only the "O" key. Usually it happens only when I am typing rapidly and I can never get it to do it when I am focusing on the "O" key and only typing "O" to see if it will "double O" when I only click it once. Has anyone else figured out how to resolve this? (it just did it w/ this word) I have see forums where the "T" key does the same thing but it has never been resolved. PLEASE HELP!
