My iphone 7’s WIFI name is “WLAN”.
My language and region is in United States but still, the name of the wifi is “WLAN” on this iphone.
I want to change “WLAN” to “WIFI”.
How do i fix this?

It sounds like your iPhone was originally manufactured in another country, as the descriptions used will be for the origin of the iPhone.
There isn't any issue with showing Wi-Fi or WLAN, as they mean the same thing, and function the same.
