Gamepigeon invitations not delivering

So I have been trying to send invitations on Game Pigeon, but it keeps coming up as not delivered, i am able to message this person normally but for some reasons the invitations don't send. My phone meets the requirements for Game Pigeon yet it still wont work, is there any possible solutions, I have tried many already

iCalendar 13.2.2 Recently my iCalendar is not sending out invites. People are not receiving my invites. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with iCalendar. Have always been able to send/receive/and reply to invites. Any suggestions. Thanks I have a iPhone 6s Plus 13.2.2.
