FWIW, no one here can give you an estimate of what a repair may cost. This is a user forum for one. You will have to have it looked at at an Apple Store or an AASP.

If juice spilled on your MacBook, you may have a bigger problem evolving than just inoperable internal speakers. There is a reason why I keep any container of liquid at arm's length to my left, so it never passes over the computer or keyboard.
Do I need to make an appointment and if I do is there a number to call to speak with a person.
