Authorized PCs to Play Purchased Songs

I purchased a song on PC from iTunes Store. I see it in my library, but when I try to play it, it says my PC isn't authrized to play it. I log into Apple to authorize it and it says it is authorized (I have authorized 2 computers out of the maximum 5 permitted). However, when I try to play, it get the same message about not being authorized.

Delete and redownload the song which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
