Hi I want to remove an old bank card from my methods of payment, I have changed my subscriptions over to my new card but when I go to remove my old card it is still coming up with "There is an active subscription on this account"

The card is deactivated so I can't put the security code in to view subscriptions, but ill definitely get in touch, thanks :)
