Iphone12 Pro Max receiver volume extremely low

My iPhone 12 Pro Max ear speaker volume is almost non existent starting today. I cannot hear anything the person on the other end is saying! They can hear me perfectly though! Whether it is incoming call or a call I have placed! However, my speaker phone volume is like normal! videos, music...all have normal audio! Blue tooth devices work still with no issue!

I have not dropped or gotten phone wet! I have trouble shooted the problem through accessibility, forced restart, reset phone settings, etc...!

Is anyone else having this same issue?

extremely disappointing for a brand new $1400 phone!
